Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive an order-confirmation email from Blackbelt Audio, subject to payment verification, stock status, fitment confirmation where required, and the store’s Terms of Service.

Cancellation by You

Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel an eligible online purchase without reason within 7 days after receiving the goods. Contact us by WhatsApp or email within that period. You are responsible only for the direct return cost, and any refund due will be made within the period required by law.

This cooling-off right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, as provided by section 42 of the Act. This does not affect your rights regarding defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed goods.

Outside a statutory cancellation right, change-of-mind cancellations or returns are accepted only at Blackbelt Audio’s discretion and may be subject to reasonable costs permitted by law.

Cancellation by Blackbelt Audio

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted
• There is a material pricing or product-description error
• We cannot verify necessary delivery, contact or fitment information
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity

If we cancel an order, payments received for the cancelled goods will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing on this page limits any non-excludable consumer right.
