Orders and Cancellations

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from Blackbelt Audio. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and Blackbelt Audio, subject to these Terms.

 

Cancellation by You

Under the ECT Act, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason ("cooling-off period"). To cancel within this period:

 

1.     Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery

2.     Return the product in its original, unopened packaging

3.     We will arrange collection or provide a return address

4.     A full refund will be processed within 15 business days of us receiving the returned goods

 

After the 7-day cooling-off period, cancellations are only accepted if the product is defective or not as described. Change-of-mind returns after 7 days are at our discretion and may be subject to a handling fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

 

Cancellation by Blackbelt Audio

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

•       The product is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available

•       We identify a material pricing or product description error

•       We are unable to verify the delivery address or contact details provided

•       We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity

 

In all cases where we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
