Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns and Refund Policy is published separately on our website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The key provisions are:

 

•       7-day cooling-off period: return any unopened product within 7 days for a full refund (ECT Act)

•       Defective product within 12 months: repair, replace, or refund at your election (CPA Section 56 + Blackbelt Audio extended warranty)

•       Incorrect fitment: exchange for the correct unit where stock is available; return shipping at your cost

•       Opened, non-defective returns after 7 days: at our discretion, subject to a handling fee

•       Installed units: not eligible for return unless defective

 

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
