Dispatch Timeframes

For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. For pre-order or dropship items (clearly marked on the product page), dispatch occurs within 18–22 business days.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:

 

•       Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days

•       Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha and surrounding areas: 1–3 business days

•       Secondary towns and outlying areas: 4–7 business days

•       Remote areas: 7–10 business days

 

These are estimates only. Blackbelt Audio does not guarantee delivery within these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. Blackbelt Audio is not liable for non-delivery or redelivery costs resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.

 

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

 

Undelivered Parcels

Under the ECT Act, if delivery does not occur within 30 days of your order (unless you agreed to a different timeframe), you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected window.
