Shipping and Delivery
Dispatch Timeframes
Local-stock 9-inch radios: ships within 3–5 business days after confirmed payment and receipt of any fitment information requested for the order.
Made-to-order and special products: ships within 18 calendar days from the date the order is placed, provided any fitment information requested for the order is supplied promptly.
“Ships” means dispatched from Blackbelt Audio. Courier delivery time starts after dispatch and is separate from the dispatch timeframe above.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated courier delivery timeframes are:
- Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
- Gqeberha and surrounding areas: 1–3 business days
- Secondary towns and outlying areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Courier timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur because of weather, public holidays, remote-area routing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We remain responsible for your statutory rights.
Stock Status
The stock status shown on the product page at the time of ordering determines the applicable dispatch category. If an unexpected stock discrepancy prevents us from meeting it, we will contact you with the available options in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery Address
You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the information supplied was incorrect or delivery was repeatedly unavailable, reasonable redelivery charges may apply where permitted by law.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes after full payment has been received.
Delayed or Unavailable Orders
Orders are handled in accordance with section 46 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer right.
