Delivery Information

In-Stock Orders: Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times via courier:

• Major metros (JHB, CPT, DBN, PE): 2–4 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days

Pre-Order / Out-of-Stock Models: Some vehicle-specific models are sourced to order. Delivery for these takes approximately 18–22 business days from order date. This will be clearly marked on the product page. We'll send you a tracking update once your unit ships.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Failed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.
