The A3783 runs Android 13 with 2GB RAM and 64GB storage on a 7" screen — the largest display in the single DIN Android range. Android 13 is a stable, well-optimised OS that handles navigation, music, and app multitasking reliably on 2GB RAM. If you're choosing between this and a newer Android 15 unit, the practical difference in daily use is minimal — most apps run identically on both.
The DAB+ capability is worth noting for future-proofing. DAB+ digital radio offers better sound quality and more stations than FM, and while SA coverage is still expanding, the hardware is ready when the network reaches you. Wireless CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, built-in GPS and WiFi, FM/RDS radio, Bluetooth, steering wheel controls, and reverse camera input.
A3783 vs A4341: The A3783 has a larger screen (7" vs 6.9") and DAB+ capability; the A4341 has a DSP audio processor. Choose screen size and DAB+ or choose better audio processing.
